Dr. Alexander graduated cum laude from Yale University and went on to earn her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Following medical school, she trained at Emory University in the general and plastic surgery residency programs. Dr. Alexander co-founded Atlanta’s first all-woman-physician plastic surgery practice. With more than twenty years in plastic surgery and a focus on facial plastics and aesthetics, she approaches every procedure as both surgeon and artist.
